Campground Guidelines!


Thank you for your interest in Jones Station RV Park! We want everyone’s visit with us to be a safe and enjoyable experience, so here are the guidelines we ask you to follow:

• Check-in time is after 1pm. No late arrivals after 9:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. 


• Daily rate is based on (1) unit per campsite and (4) people per unit. 


• Rates are subject to change without notice.

 

• Speed Limit inside the campground is 9 MPH AT ALL TIMES.


• All utility trailers need to be stored in our storage area, and not kept at your site.


• No car or passenger van camping. We do not offer tent camping at this time. 


• Renting out your camper on site or in storage (i.e. airbnb or vrbo rentals) is prohibited at our campground. 

 

• For the safety of our guests, pets must be on a leash while outside the camper and attended at all times.  Please clean up after your pet. A continually barking dog will not be tolerated. Breed Restrictions: We welcome all breeds of dogs, except the following breed or mixed breed (due to insurance regulations that are outside of our control): Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull Terriers*, Rottweiler, Boxer, & Wolf Dog Hybrids. (*including all Pit Bull breeds - American Pit Bull Terriers, American or Irish Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, English Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, American Bull Dogs, & Presa Canario.) We reserve the right to add additional restricted breeds at any time.


• Golf carts are allowed; the owner must register the cart with the office. A tag will be issued and must be displayed on the cart while in the campground. VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED TO OPERATE A GOLF CART.


• Each family renting a site is required to keep their area clean as well as the recreation area used. Unsightly and inappropriate storage will not be accepted. No underpinning of RVs or lattice is allowed at site. 


• Please do not set grills on picnic tables.


• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. till 9:00 a.m. Please be kind and courteous to your neighbors and try to keep noise levels to a minimum.


• Campfires are allowed in fire rings at sites. All fires must be attended. REMEMBER: PUT YOUR FIRE OUT COMPLETELY.


• No public display of alcohol. All varieties and forms of controlled substances, firearms, fireworks or explosives are prohibited.


• Please take all trash to the blue dumpster across from the picnic pavilion. If any trash or items are left at your site, you will be charged a clean-up fee. 


• Parents/Guardians are responsible for the safety and actions of their children at all times. Do not leave small children unattended at the restroom, playground, or campsite.


• All buildings and decks are smoke-free. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.

 

Campers and visitors who do not comply with the above rules will be required to leave. Fees will not be returned to anyone asked to leave for non-compliance of campground rules.

Cancellation Policy: Since camping is an outdoor experience, no refunds will be given due to inclement weather. Cancellations made less than 7 days will be charged for one night. Reservations cancelled the day of will be charged for entire stay, since we may be unable to rent out site. We’re unable to refund any payment for no-shows or early departure. For nightly stays, if cancellation is made less than 7 days, you will be charged for 1 night. For monthly stays, the $100 electrical deposit is non-refundable.

Liability: Campers are responsible for all occupants and guests at their campsite. Camping and the use of all facilities at Jones Station RV Park are at your own risk.

Prices for 2023


All RV campsites have 30/50 amp service, water, sewer, and access to wi-fi. Rates are based on (1) unit per campsite and (4) people per unit.


Daily Rate: $60.00/per night


Good Sam's or Military discount:  $55.00/per night

Weekly Rate: $350.00


Monthly Rate: $650/month plus electric usage. We charge a $100 electric deposit for your first month.  The $100 electric deposit is non-refundable. **We are completely booked on all of our monthly sites until further notice. We apologize for any inconvience. 

RV Storage (on gravel parking): $60.00/month (or $660 for the year if paid in full in advance - discount of $60)
